PHAR opens new office in Manchester

PHAR have this month opened a new office in Manchester, marking the latest chapter in our the exponential growth since being founded by Marcus Wight (CEO) and Nick Lockwood (MD) in 2011. The Manchester office will take us to our 9th city around the world following on from London, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Manila, Bangkok Bangalore and Riyadh.
PHAR Manchester will be headed up by Ian Tussie who has been with the company since its inception. Ian has, over the past 12 months, secured a number of clients in the North West, and feels now is the time to enter the market permanently in the region. “Our Manchester office will be an extension of our London HQ, delivering long-term commercial value to brand and rights holder clients. Manchester is the ideal location for our first UK office outside of London given the work we have already done in the North West including securing Phones 4U as the new title sponsor of the Manchester Arena. We have also been working with Forex.com as their activation agency for their sponsorship of Manchester City Football Club and we are also soon to announce a few new projects in the region. It’s a really exciting time for the company and we are confident that our Manchester team will grow over the next 18 months.”

Marcus Wight:

“Ian is one of the stars of PHAR and it fits with the entrepreneurial nature of the company that he is setting up our new office in Manchester. We see huge potential in creating partnerships that allow our existing international clients to grow their businesses through partnerships with brands, rights holders and talent that our Manchester office represents and vice versa with Manchester based clients wanting to do the same in Asia and the Middle East.”
